Description

A seated figure built in flat, faceted planes, the torso rising to a small pierced head and the legs blocked out as heavy cylinders. The tool marks are left visible throughout. A working study, photographed in the studio.

Condition report

A studio study in unfired clay, not a finished or durable work. Unfired clay remains fragile and water-soluble indefinitely. Sold as a working model; firing or casting would be required before display.
